What Kind of Programs Do You Offer?

Unbound, LLC is a sole proprietorship that offers private coaching for individuals wanting to turn their creative passion into a way of life. For some this means starting a business or bringing new elements of their passion into their current work. For others, it might not be about a career at all, but more about finding the time to incorporate their creative passions into their already very full and busy lifestyle. Maybe they love their current work or don’t have an active career at all! Still, others may just feel a strong sense of purpose or that a new direction is calling them and they need help navigating the change. Afterall, any time we make a change in our lives, even positive ones, it creates an imbalance somewhere else. This is natural conflict.

We also offer a weekly community group online to support on-going clients in their growth. The group is founded on a principle of “shared leadership” and the principles of the Infinite Possibilities program. Shared leadership is a group structure that states that all people are gifted in unique ways, and that it is by stepping into our individual strengths and gifts within the whole that we become passionate and skilled leaders. This is turn strengthens the group/community/world.

Additionally, we offer periodic trainings and workshops focused on the development of intuitive creativity and the principles of Infinite Possibilities - a program that teaches people how to connect with their own internal guidance and make positive changes in outdated patterns blocking their full potential.

How Will This Work Benefit Me?

Our intuitive creativity is our connection to the divine. Another way of saying that is that when we feel inspired and joyful, we are tuned in to the life force that moves in and through all things. A good example of this is when we take a walk on the beach at sunset, or a gentle hike through the woods, and we begin to feel euphoric. We may have more energy. Perhaps our thoughts are lighter or non-existent. Maybe we feel so happy that we long to share the experience with others, so we go home and post pictures on social media. That feeling of joy and clarity comes from being in direct connection with source energy, or the divine. Being in nature is a powerful way of filling up with life force energy. Intuitive creativity does the same thing!

Developing our intuition through connecting with the divine feeds our creativity. Our creativity feeds everything we do. It changes how we clean the house, plant a garden, greet our co-workers, design a program, work on a painting, or sing a song. Without creativity we feel unfulfilled. Life has a bit less pizzaz. If you are a highly creative person feeling out of alignment, you might even feel stuck, blocked, without energy, persistently frustrated, or lost.

Is coaching therapy?

No, coaching is not therapy. Coaching focuses on planning and creating actionable steps to integrate the personal and spiritual growth that you will experience in our work together. It does not attempt to heal emotional trauma. If you have unresolved trauma that needs deeper work beyond coaching, I will refer you to other professionals who are better suited to a therapeutic relationship.

What is a typical session like?

The hallmark of coaching is self-responsibility. The client sets the agenda for the call and the coach follows that agenda. You can expect powerful and clarifying questions that evoke your higher wisdom and connect you with your vision and sense of purpose, while defining your strengths, supports, and tools. As your coach, I’ll have high expectations of you, hold you accountable to your desired change, and support you thoroughly.

How might community support benefit me?

Our community support group is comprised of people who are on a spiritual path of healing, and awakening or strengthening, their own unique spiritual gifts with the intention of helping others in some way. A community of like hearted people provides us with a sense of warmth, trust, and support as we follow our own unique, ever evolving, path. In a community group like our Miracles, Synchronicities, and Divine Interruptions circle, we begin each week with a brief teaching, followed by a talking circle and sharing of our experiences related to our spiritual development work. Participants are welcomed to take turns co-facilitating circles when they wish to practice a new skill or gain confidence in their readiness to serve others outside of the group. It’s a judgement free circle where we are all valued, respected, and supported. Each members participation is highly valued. We learn from each other.

What Does it Cost?

• Individual coaching sessions are offered on an informal sliding fee scale of $75-$125 per session.

• Group participation is currently offered on a donation basis.

• Workshops are priced individually.
