I am a professionally certified, trauma informed coach and artist with more than 23 years of training in shamanic healing, sound and energy healing, and individual and family support services. I founded Unbound, LLC in 2024 as an extra sensory skill development and spiritual growth community with the intention of assisting people who are ready to step into their healing gifts and create a life of unimaginable joy. Many of us on a spiritually guided path become helpers for others and that’s the real beauty of a medicine that can’t be stopped once it starts.

While some people are born with extrasensory knowing, many seers, healers, spiritually blessed, light workers, and creatives also have a history of some trauma. Trauma is the result of an experience that is “too much, too fast, too soon”. If trauma gets stuck in our cellular memory or any of our bodies (emotional, physical, mental, spiritual) we may doubt our decisions, feel powerless in the presence of others, and experience a lack of confidence in our abilities, and have a host of limiting beliefs. At the same time, we are masters at reading situations, and become highly attuned to subtle shifts of energy in our environments. This turns us into masters of sensing the unseen and unspoken. When we combine that with spiritual fluency it intensifies, because everything is made of energy. We begin to wonder if we are having premonitions, experiencing clairaudience, have a special kinship with animals, or maybe even healing powers. I know because I lived it. Fortunately, I had some good teachers along the way. I would like to be one for you.

Our trauma holds the potential for being our greatest ally. We can transmute it into a powerful gift for our own resilience, courage, higher wisdom, and extrasensory abilities. The people I have worked with knew that they had an untapped, powerful gift that could be used to help others, but they didn’t know how to develop or use it. Their soul knew it was time and we were aligned. In the process of our spiritual gift development work together, they also found the healing they didn’t know was so necessary for themselves. Many continue to expand their confidence, resilience, and healing gifts in a way that empowers them, and brings healing to their families and clients in unfathomable and beautiful ways. I want the same for you. I want you to have a constant, powerful source of trusted guidance that you can rely on at any time.

Trauma trains us to go within for strength, watch carefully, listen for the subtleties no one else hears, rely on our breath and sensing for obtaining quick readings, and to use our non-physical senses to help us survive. These are also the tools of spiritual sight. Left undeveloped, these sensitivities can feel elusive, uncontrolled, and frustrating more often than they are blessings. Embraced, and given an outlet for expression, they are a tremendous gift!

Through individual sessions our clients receive one-on-one Transformational Coaching to identify, develop, and trust in their extra-sensory (spiritual/energetic) gifts. Participation in our weekly community group helps our clients to strengthen their spiritual gifts and discern how best to integrate them through on-going training, practice, and group support. Specialized programs, like our Infinite Possibilities Training, Visionary Mandala Making for a New Mindset, and 21 Days of Spiritual Attunement provide on-going, fun support for those wishing to deepen their understanding of their personal gifts as seers, healers, creators, and practitioners of the healing arts.
